- Download and use our mobile application (Atelic), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice.
- Use Atelic. Atelic is a mobile trip-planning app that turns your travel ideas into a personalized, drag-and-drop itinerary combining curated recommendations, a live map-and-list canvas, route optimization with travel times, and real-time collaboration to streamline trip planning.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events.

- Push Notifications: We may request permission to send you push notifications.

In Short: Some information—such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics—is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs: We may share your information with Google Maps APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API) to provide location services. We obtain and store on your device (“cache”) your location for three (3) months. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us.
- Affiliates: With our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies under common control.
- Business Partners: With our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
- Other Users: When you share personal information (e.g., by posting comments or content) or interact with public areas of the Services, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) for security, crash prevention, preference saving, basic site functions, analytics, and advertising.
- Targeted Advertising Opt-Out (US State Laws): To the extent online tracking technologies are deemed a “sale”/”sharing” (including targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out by submitting a request as described in Section 13.
- Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics, including Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. You can opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all Services by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
In Short: Yes, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
Our AI Products are designed for functions like AI automation to enhance your experience. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain profile information about you.
The profile information we receive (e.g., name, email address, friends list, profile picture) varies by social media provider and is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We recommend you review your social media provider’s privacy notice to understand their data practices.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention is required by law.
No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than three (3) months past the termination of the user’s account. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable security measures. However, since no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data. - Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, but this won’t affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
- Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS messages or by contacting us.
- Note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Account Information: You can review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by logging in to your account settings. Upon termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases, though some data may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) browser signals because no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised Privacy Notice.
13. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, etc.), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of targeted advertising/sharing.
